uTrack Sports (“uTrack,” “we,” “us”) is a youth-sports stat-tracking app for coaches, team managers, and parents. This policy explains how uTrack handles information. Please read it alongside the app’s listing on the store you downloaded it from (the Apple App Store or Google Play).
uTrack is designed for and intended to be used by adults — coaches, team managers, and parents — to track youth sports statistics. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
The data you enter — teams, players, rosters, games, and statistics — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This information stays on your device. We do not operate accounts or servers that receive or store your teams, players, or stats, and this data is not transmitted to us. Any player information you enter (such as names or jersey numbers) is entered by you, the adult user, and remains on your device. If you choose to export or share a report (a premium feature), the file is created on your device and shared using your own email or device sharing tools — uTrack does not receive, store, or transmit these exports.
If you use your device’s built-in backup service (such as Apple iCloud or Google backup), your uTrack data may be included in that backup, governed by that service’s own privacy terms — not by uTrack.
uTrack uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used, so we can improve it. Analytics records app-usage events — for example, that a demo game was opened, that a report was viewed, or that the upgrade screen was shown — along with standard technical information Firebase collects automatically (such as app opens, general device and operating-system type, approximate region, and an app-instance identifier). Analytics does not include any player names, rosters, game data, or statistics — it records only how the app is used, never the youth-sports content you enter. This information is processed by Google as described in Google’s privacy policy.
uTrack is free to download and use, with all core stat tracking included at no cost. Certain premium features require a subscription. Subscriptions are processed by the app store you purchased through — Apple on the Apple App Store, or Google on Google Play — using your Apple or Google account. We never see or store your payment details. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID / App Store settings or your Google Play subscriptions settings, depending on your platform.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. The only third-party service that receives usage information is Google Firebase Analytics, as described above.
uTrack is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent age in your region). Youth-player information entered into the app is provided by the adult user and stored locally on that user’s device; it is not collected by us or transmitted to our servers. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will address it.
Because your teams, players, and stats are stored locally, you control that data directly — deleting the app removes it from your device.
We may update this policy as the app evolves or as required by the app stores. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
